Initial handicap is calculated from your first event.
If you improve on a subsequent ride, your handicap is adjusted for your next event.
Your handicap is used to calculate a handicap placing for each ride.
10 points for 1st on handicap to 1 point for 10th on handicap each week.
6 best weeks of handicap points count.
* note that you need 7 rides in total to score 6 times on handicap because your first ride is used to calculate your initial handicap.
