Key points from Cycling Time Trials COVID-19 risk assessment:
– If you feel at all unwell or are showing signs of COVID 19 DO NOT go to an event, especially if family members have any symptoms of COVID.
– An elevated resting heart rate or exceptionally quick to react heart rate during warm up can suggest an underlying asymptomatic illness of ANY kind, and you should DNS and leave immediately and not go to the start line.
– Any person where the above is relevant should obtain a lateral flow test.
– Any Positive Tests – DO NOT attend the event.
Thank you for your co-operation. Have a safe ride.
It is compulsory to have a working rear and front light on your bike to ride time trials or hill climbs. Also, all competitors must wear a properly affixed helmet which must be of hard/soft shell construction and should conform to a recognised Standard.
Parental consent is required for under 18’s (minimum age, 12), renewed each season. Parental consent forms are available at each event. The form needs to be signed by a parent or guardian and witnessed by a club official, which is best done at the event.
All events start at 7-00 pm. Sign-in from 6-30.
£3 for club members, £5 for non-members
