This annual event is organised by Congleton CC and includes an inter-club competition between them and Buxton CC. Unfortunately, for 2025, the distance was reduced from 25 miles to 10 miles due to roadworks on the planned course.
Karl Austin was a well-known Congleton CC rider who competed in many time trials at all distances until his tragic early death during an event in 2011.
